The apartment
Our house has one apartment on two floors.
On the 1st floor are 2 double rooms with shower and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet extra.
On the 2nd floor is 1 double room with 2 separated beds, 1 toilet as well as a big dining room and living area.
There is a ski room and a boot dryer in the cellar and also place for cycles.

- smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but you are allowed to smoke on the balcony

We recommend you to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.
Please consider that the booking will only be valid after we received the deposit of 30 % of the total price.
You can pay your invoice on site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply:
- up to 3 months before beginning your holiday, we do not charge any cancellation costs
- up to 1 month before beginning your holiday, we charge 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before beginning your holiday, we charge 70 % of the total price
- in the last week before the day of arrival or in case of early departure, we charge 90% of the total price.
